The International Pageant Association (IPA) recently organised a meaningful charity outreach visit in Malaysia, bringing together beauty, culture, education, and community service in support of children’s development and learning.
Led by Honorary Global President of the International Pageant Association and Supreme Golden Phoenix Award recipient, Y.Bhg. Prof. Datin Wira Dr. Janet, the delegation included Dr. Jenny Hoon, President of the International Pageant Association; Jessica Loo, Cultural Ambassador of the Malaysia Pageant Association and recipient of the Golden Phoenix Cultural Award; as well as strategic partner International Qipao Federation. Together, they visited Da Ci Jiang Tang, where they presented an education fund to support the learning and growth of underprivileged children.
More than a donation ceremony, the visit was a heartfelt engagement aimed at inspiring young minds and creating meaningful connections. During the event, Prof. Datin Wira Dr. Janet shared words of encouragement with the children, motivating them to pursue their interests, develop self-confidence, and believe in their potential to shape a brighter future.
Adding a cultural and artistic dimension to the programme, Jessica Loo and her husband presented a special violin performance and invited the children to experience the beauty of music firsthand. Through art and culture, the initiative sought to broaden the children’s horizons, spark creativity, and bring joy and inspiration into their lives.
The charity outreach received generous support from compassionate individuals and organisations, successfully raising a total of RM6,300 for the Education Fund. The full amount was handed over to Da Ci Lecture Hall Malaysia and will be utilised to support educational and developmental programmes for children.
